I am a Banana lover! Anything with Banana sign me up. Since starting my health journey I have tried many many banana recipes and this one is my favorite.
It is quick, no real clean up and tastes great. If you follow me I am not great about writing a ton on my blog I am more short and sweet and to the point.
So here it is…. no need to read anymore.
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 medium bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil (solid)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
Add whatever extras you want… I added dairy free dark chocolate chips to one and organic dried cranberries in the other
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix all ingredients in order in a blender and pour into a 3½ x 5" baking dish lined with parchment paper (makes clean up a breeze)
- Bake for 45 min. or until tooth pick comes out clean
